A Learning & Development company for which I contracted manages the administration of the Axonify platform for several of their clients. When a new client signed on for this service, multiple employees and contractors needed to learn the Axonify platform quickly.
I created this job aid to assist anyone who will be using the AdminZone in the Axonify platform to upload new content, add knowledge check questions, assign content to specific learning paths, and send broadcast messages to learners. I wrote out the steps for each process and included screenshots and highlights for each step.
This process guided the walk-through call I had with a new contractor who will be taking over this administrative work, and will serve as a continued resource as she takes on that role and all of these steps.
