Axonify is a software platform that offers mobile-first training and communication for frontline employees in numerous industries. This job aid was developed for contractors who will be managing Axonify for clients of a Learning & Development company.

This form was initially created in MS Word. The process of turning it into a fillable PDF involved uploading the Word form into Adobe Acrobat Pro, adjusting fillable text boxes, then adding and formatting checkboxes.

In the fall of 2020, School Age Care programs were charged with assisting students attending childcare with navigating Distance Learning. I worked with organization leaders to understand what employees needed to know in order to best support students and designed this Distance Learning Workflow job aid.
