Why You're Stressed

Vyond offers a 14-day trial period and adds a watermark to videos created during the trial. IDOL Courses Academy offers 3-hour time slots for full access to Vyond. My challenge during the 2-week trial was to design a video and create a storyboard to reference while completely rebuilding the course with full access to Vyond.

I used the book Burnout: The Secret to Unlocking the Stress Cycle by Emily Nagoski and Amelia Nagoski as a resource for this script and designed animated visuals to accompany it. Using my storyboard, I was able to rebuild this 4-minute video in under 12 hours.

For this course, I designed a storyboard template using Excel in order to filter by each section to check for consistency and clarity. This project clarified for me the importance of each element of a storyboard.
